    I am particularly grateful to Umberto Bombana, Riccardo la Perna, Marino D’Antonio, Gian Luca Fusetto, Fabio Bardi and their team, for their participation to the 9th Italian Cuisine World Summit, a special Edition dedicated to the celebration of high Italian cuisine outside of Italy. Chef Umberto  Bombana was part of the Summit since its first editions, when it was celebrated in Hong Kong. I want to thank them especially for the superb culinary performance at the Dubai Capital Club as well as their support to the cause of having the Italian Cuisine outside of Italy recognized as UNESCO World heritage”
